Customer Success Team Spotlight: Danisue Gilpin

Meet Danisue Gilpin, our Senior Customer Success Manager for the US East territory at ElastiFlow. With extensive experience in technical account management and a focus on customer success and ROI, Danisue is a critical player on our team.

Danisue excels in guiding customers through digital transformation and cloud optimization, ensuring they get the most out of their investments. She has hands-on experience with leading cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP and is skilled in strategic planning and customer relationship management.

Work Experience Highlights:

  • IBM: As a Senior Technical Lead, Danisue helped customers realize the value of their investments and advised on cloud optimization strategies.
  • Turbonomic: She supported Fortune 500 customers in their hybrid cloud initiatives and documented best practices for implementing solutions.
  • First Data Corporation: Danisue set standards for VMware and Windows environments and managed day-to-day operations.

Fun Facts:

  • From March to July, outside of work, you’ll usually find me at the baseball field watching my son play and occasionally sneaking in a few quiet days at my camper on the river.
  • I am a huge football fan! Go Huskers, and Go Chiefs!
